Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including all schedules, appendices, and supplementary policies incorporated by reference.

• "User" / "You" — any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager on the 888v platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an 888v account, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of the account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 888v will request documentary evidence of age as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Account Registration

888v's KYC process may be initiated at registration or at any subsequent point, including prior to processing a withdrawal request. Users who fail to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified by 888v may have their account temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security

The security of an 888v account is the joint responsibility of 888v and the registered User. While 888v employs industry-standard technical safeguards including SSL encryption, session management controls, and fraud monitoring systems, the User bears primary responsibility for the security of their own login credentials.

• Users must not share their 888v username or password with any third party under any circumstances.

• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than the amount specified in the promotion's specific terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of any conflict between the general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• A bet is deemed accepted and binding once 888v's system has confirmed the transaction and a bet reference number has been issued. No bet shall be considered accepted on the basis of a verbal or written instruction alone.
• 888v reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of a technical error, pricing error, or information that was materially incorrect at the time the bet was placed.

Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.

Continued use of the 888v platform following the publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised agreement. Users who do not agree with any amendments are entitled to close their account and withdraw any available balance, subject to the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Article 5.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888v holds its gaming license. 888v operates under an internationally recognised gaming license, which provides a formal regulatory framework for the resolution of player disputes.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the operation of the 888v platform, the following procedure shall apply:
